THE PROJECT

T.U.P.A.C.’s mission is to provide the youth of Tacoma, particularly Black and BIPOC youth in the historic Hilltop Community, with opportunities to achieve artistic excellence through culturally relevant pre-professional dance training, community events, and classes in the performing arts. Tacoma Urban Performing Arts Center was our 2020 Video Production Sponsorship recipient. Delayed by COVID-19 we were finally able to film in late 2021 /2022 and release the video right before their annual Urban Nutcracker.
